Experience has shown that the proper investment of time at the initial stages
of consultation will reduce costs and make for a more effective solution. As a company,
we believe this stage of the process should be invested in heavily, revisiting it
as often as necessary.
Quite often, after detailed and lengthy consultation, it will transpire that a client's
requirements are in fact different to their initial thoughts. This may result in the
process being re-started, but more often than not will result in the fine tuning of
information gathered so far. Either way, completing this stage to the satisfaction
of all parties concerned means that not only do we understand the client's needs,
but so do they.
